PT. Excellen Silo Leaching membuka kesempatan karir sebagai Civil Engineer (Superintendent). Responsible for the full-cycle management of civil engineering works in construction projects. Main responsibilities include ensuring that construction quality, schedule, cost, and safety comply with contractual requirements and technical standards, coordinating resources among all parties.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Pre-construction Planning & Design Management

Participate in project feasibility studies, scheme design, and construction drawing reviews; provide optimization suggestions for civil engineering works. Coordinate with design institutes and geotechnical survey units to resolve technical issues and ensure design documents comply with codes, standards, and operational requirements. Participate in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

2. Construction Process Management

Supervise contractors to ensure construction is carried out according to drawings; review construction organization plans, technical proposals, and progress schedules. Be responsible for on-site quality, safety, and progress management of civil works; conduct regular inspections, maintain records, and issue corrective action requirements. Coordinate and resolve technical issues arising during construction (e.g., foundation treatment, structural works, material inspection and acceptance). Organize civil engineering drawing reviews; participate in concealed works inspections and incoming material acceptance; supervise contractors in material re-testing and related work.

3. Cost & Contract Management

Participate in BOQ preparation, budget review, and variation/change order management to control civil construction costs. Review contractors’ progress payment applications to ensure payments match actual project progress.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with design institutes, supervision consultants, contractors, and government regulatory authorities to promote cross-functional collaboration. Organize civil engineering coordination meetings, track corrective actions, and ensure issue closure.

5. Inspection, Acceptance & Handover

Organize or participate in sectional/sub-item works inspections and project completion acceptance to ensure compliance with acceptance standards. Assist in the handover of completion documents and help resolve civil engineering issues during the warranty period.

Kualifikasi

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree majoring in Civil Engineering or related majors.
2. Candidates holding Registered Constructor Certificates preferred.
3. Min. 5 years working experience in state-owned or central-government-owned construction enterprises; project management experience, overseas working experience preferred.
4. Proficient in civil construction technical specifications, acceptance standards, GB standard, engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, BIM technology, prefabricated construction, etc.
