About the role
As a full-time HSE Supervisor at PT. Excellen Silo Leaching', you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of the company's operations in Morowali, Central Sulawesi. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the wellbeing of our employees and the sustainability of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures
- Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
- Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of the business
- Continuously reviewing and improving HSE performance to drive continuous improvement
✅ Kualifikasi
- A bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor or in a similar role within the mining, natural resources, or energy industry
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify practical solutions
- Proficiency in using relevant HSE management software and tools
- Experinced in handling AMDAL, Waste and Dam Tailing
